Charles W. Sterling II, President
Mr. Sterling forged a path of excellence through the Telecommunication Industry of over 18 years marked with success and high achievement. He has served as a key contributor to the success of several major IT Companies (Unisys, Cable and Wireless, EPS, R.O.W. Sciences) and Government Agencies (US. Navy, US Army, and F.D.A.). These organizations benefited from his involvement in such major programs as The Defense Courier Services (DCAMS), The Navy and Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI), and the post 9/11 Pentagon Renovation under the Command Communications Survivability Program (CCSP). Mr. Sterling is a 1987 graduate from what is now known as Philadelphia University with a B.S. in Computer Management. He holds a certification in ITIL Foundations.

Rodney J. Green, Director of Marketing and Sales
Mr. Green brings over 10 years of experience in Sales and Marketing to drive the Business Development efforts of Sterling ETS. Having
developed his talent in the service of several Fortune 500 Companies
such as GlaxoSmithKline, Pepsico, Kraft Foods, and Verizon. Mr. Green
seeks to build Sterling ETS clientele
aligned with our Guiding Principles and Core Values. A 1991 graduate of
Pennsylvania State University, he has shown marked success as a key
person in the sales and marketing of some of America’s most popular
products.
